ArtRage Studio Pro. Reference only used for the dog.

This was inspired by the Dolly Parton song "Joshua"!

I can see weaknesses, but, on the whole, for the stage I'm at in working without reference, I am pretty proud of this! (My digital painting techniques still leave a lot to be desired though! lol Working at getting better.)

I'm doing a traditional version of this, too. I'm so carried away with suddenly being able to invent my own images that I seem to want to recreate them in every medium possible!
